The judge overseeing Cooper Tire's dispute with Apollo Tyres, which agreed to buy the company in June, said he would try to rule on whether Apollo must complete its buyout by November 13, the date after which Apollo's financing for the deal may be in jeopardy, reports Bloomberg. The report also said the judge found that Apollo did not breach its obligations to try to resolve disputes with a labor union. Shares of Cooper Tire closed today's trading session down $3.08, or 11.45%, to $23.82.
