Julius Baer near deal to buy Merrill's non-U.S. wealth units, Bloomberg reports

Julius Baer is close to an agreement to acquire Bank of America's Merrill Lynch wealth management businesses outside the U.S., Bloomberg reports, citing two people with knowledge of the matter. The units may be valued at $1.5B-$2.0B, Bloomberg adds.
