Kazax Appoints New Country Manager

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jul 16, 2014) - Kazax Minerals Inc. ("Kazax" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:KZX) is pleased to announce that Mr. Pavel Dubchak has been appointed General Director and Country Manager commencing July 16, 2014.

Mr. Dubchak joins Kazax from Arcelor Mittal where he held the position of Chief Geologist supervising the geological development of 3 open pit and 1 underground operating mines in northern and central Kazakhstan.
He has over 25 years' experience in mineral exploration projects and has previously held a number of management roles in Canada, Kazakhstan, Russia and other countries of the former Soviet Union.

Mr. Dubchak holds a Master's Degree in Geoscience obtained from the Moscow State Geological Prospecting Academy and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, Canada. He is a Qualified Person for reporting purposes under NI43-101.

Kazax Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Trevor Campbell Smith, said the Company's ability to attract a candidate of Mr. Dubchak's caliber highlighted the strong interest in the Lomonosovskoye Project among the Mining community in Kazakhstan.

Kazax also announces the resignation of previous Country Manager, Mr. Juan Camus. It is expected that Mr. Camus will continue to be engaged with the Company on a consultancy basis.
