Richardson joins Koru from Amazon Local, where he was Head of National Sales. He started with Koru on April 14, 2014.
Richardson will be responsible for establishing partnerships with high-growth, innovative employers and managing placement of Koru graduates in jobs at these companies. Koru's rapidly growing network of employer partners currently includes category leaders such as REI, zulily, PayScale, Smartsheet and Trupanion.

Richardson brings to Koru his experience as the Head of National Sales at Amazon Local, where he managed a team developing nationwide programs to help merchants engage with their customers on a local level. Prior to Amazon, Richardson also spent a decade in social gaming and virtual worlds to build successful multi-million dollar advertising sales teams.
As part of the company's executive-level growth, Koru will also onboard Megan Bassetti as Vice President of Marketing. Megan comes to Koru from JeNu Biosciences and Calidora where she was the Vice President of Marketing.
