Kratos Wins Americas M&A Atlas Award for Aerospace & Defense Services Deal of the Year


SAN DIEGO, Nov. 20, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider, today announced that it has received the Americas M&A Atlas Award for the "M&A Aerospace & Defense Services Deal of the Year" for its acquisition of Composite Engineering, Inc. (CEI), which was completed in July of this year.

Global M&A Network, producers of worldwide recognized financial services conferences and awards, recently presented the award to Kratos at a gala ceremony in New York City. The annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards are part of the M&A Atlas Awards global brand and exclusively honor top deals, star deal-makers and outstanding firms from the North and South Americas mid-market M&A communities. Finalists and winners are selected by a group of independent advisors based on closed deals each year.
