Largest option buying in equities so far

Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the individual equity names with the most call and put buying on optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.

Regions Financial (RF): Some 11,500 November 7 calls were bought for $0.63 to $0.65 as
investors look for upside in the share price. RF rose 0.31 percent to $6.48.

Pfizer (PFE): Some 10,000 January 24 calls were bought for $0.66 and $0.67, but volume was below open interest in the strike. PFE fell 0.69 percent to $22.43.

Sysco (SYY): More than 11,000 May 28 calls were bought for $0.15 to $0.25 as investors look for the stock to rally. SYY rose 0.22 percent to $27.63.

JP Morgan (JPM): More than 10,000 July 34 puts were bought for $1.21 to $1.39 as investors seek downside protection. JPM rose 1.79 percent to $36.43.
