McGraw-Hill (MHP): An investor purchased 10,000 May 55 calls for $4.20, looking for the stock to keep rallying. MHP rose 0.06 percent to $55.92.
Intel (INTC): Investors purchased 11,000 April 22 calls for $1.09 and $1.10, looking for the stock to appreciate through the first quarter of 2013. INTC fell 0.55 percent to $21.67.
Yahoo (YHOO): Almost 14,000 November 15 puts were bought for $0.12 and $0.13, but volume was below open interest at the strike. YHOO fell 0.06 percent to $16.08.
Sprint Nextel (S): Some 12,000 January 5.50 puts were bought, mostly for $0.13, as investors look for downside in the share price. S rose 0.61 percent to $5.77.
Comcast (CMCSA): Some 10,000 April 34 puts were bought for $1.14 as investors position for a pullback. CMCSA rose 0.84 percent to $37.43.
