SPDR Barclays High Yield Bond Fund (JNK): Some 15,000 December 39 puts were bought for $0.35 as investors look for junk bonds to drop over the next six weeks. JNK rose 0.13 percent to $39.82.
Clearwire (CLWR): An investor sold 19,500 December 2 calls for $0.37 and rolled the position to the January 2.50 calls for $0.30. He or she collected $0.07 and have an additional month to profit from upside in the share price. CLWR fell 1.13 percent to $2.20.
American International Group (AIG): Some 10,000 January 35 calls were bought for $0.43 and $0.44 but volume was far below open interest at the strike. AIG fell 0.80 percent to $31.10.
Groupon (GRPN): Almost 5,000 April 8 calls were purchased for $0.05 as investors position for potential upside in the share price. GRPN rose 1.14 percent to $2.66.
Facebook (FB): About 25,0000 November 19 puts traded for $0.05 and $0.10 against previous open interest, suggesting that investors bought back short positions. FB rose 7.34 percent to $21.32.
