Largest option trades in equities

Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the individual equity names with the most call and put buying on optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.

Comcast (CMCSA): Some 12,000 January 45 calls were purchased, mostly for $1.26, as investors look for upside in the share price. CMCSA fell 0.52 percent to $42.22.

Intel (INTC): A block of 7,000 September 20 puts was sold for $0.05 and an equal number of September 25 calls was purchased for $0.03. The trade resulted in a credit of $0.02 and will profit from rally in the chip maker. INTC declined 0.05 percent to $22.05.

Facebook (FB): More than 17,000 September 42 calls were purchased, mostly for $1.51, as investors look for upside in the social-media stock. FB rose 0.15 percent to $41.34.
