Largest option trades in equities

Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the individual equity names with the most call and put buying on optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.

Intel (INTC): More than 33,000 October 25 calls were bought, mostly for $0.13 to $0.15, as investors position for a continued rally in the semiconductor giant. INTC rose 0.42 percent to $23.72.

AbbVie (ABBV): An investor bought 13,000 February 50 calls for $1.10 and sold an equal number of February 42.50 puts for $1.30. He or she collected $0.20 and now stands to benefit from a rally in the share price. They also have downside risk. ABBV fell 1.53 percent to $46.39.

Wells Fargo (WFC): Some 29,000 October 45 calls were purchased, mostly for $0.10, but volume was far below open interest at the strike. WFC fell 0.07 percent to $42.28.
