Canadian Natural Resources (CNQ): More than 3,000 January 35 calls were bought for $0.55 as investors look for upside in the energy producer. CNQ rose 0.85 percent to $32.
ITT Education Services (ESI): Almost 2,000 December 40 calls were sold for $2.40 as investors looked for a top in the share price after its recent run. ESI fell 4.11 percent to $39.24.
Dish Network (DISH): An even 4,500 December 48 puts were bought for $2.35, shortly after a large block of shares was purchased. That suggests the investor is positioning for increased volatility rather than a direction move higher or lower. DISH rose 1.48 percent to $48.59.
