Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the individual equity names with the most call and put buying on optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.
RadioShack (RSH): Some 10,000 January 4 calls were sold for $0.89 and an equal number of January 5.50 calls were bought for $0.42. Volume was below open interest at the lower strike, so it appears a winning trade was closed and rolled out in time and up in price. RSH rose 2.32 percent to $4.19.
Anadarko Petroleum (APC): Some 6,100 October 95 calls were bought for $3.10 and an equal number of October 92.50s were sold for $4.40. Volume was below open interest in the 92.50s, so it appears a winning position was closed and rolled to the higher strike. APC fell 0.53 percent to $94.20.
Intel (INTC): A block of 6,900 October 21 puts was bought for $0.09 but volume was well below open interest at the strike. INTC rose 0.26 percent to $23.50.
