Ultra Petroleum (UPL): A block of 10,500 May 32 calls were bought for $0.50 as investors look for upside in the oil driller. UPL is down 0.23 percent to $30.15.
Sinclair Broadcasting (SBGI): Some 5,800 May 30 calls were sold for $0.60 and $0.55. Volume was below open interest so the investor likely unloaded an existing position. SBGI rose 0.04 percent to $27.87.
Rio Tinto (RIO): More than 5,000 October 45 puts were bought, mostly for $1.25, as investors brace for downside in the metals stock. RIO rose 0.48 percent to $54.93.
