Throughout her career, which includes more than 20 years holding various senior-level positions with Bernard Hodes Group, Broderick has been responsible for managing strategic partnerships with clients, leading teams and overseeing regional P&L. She has extensive experience working with creative, digital, social and service delivery teams to develop comprehensive recruitment communication, employment branding and digital solutions designed to help clients attract, engage and retain talent. In addition, Broderick has a proven capacity to understand strategic business objectives and work with senior leadership to implement measurable and sustainable talent communication strategies.
