Name Change and Rebranding to Sienna Senior Living

The Company intends to formally change its name to Sienna Senior Living Inc. on or about May 1, 2015. In connection with the name change, the Company has received conditional approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") to trade under the new trading symbol "SIA".

The name change and rebranding will coincide with the renaming of the Company's 10 retirement residences and 35 long-term care communities.

"With over 40 years of experience in seniors living, the rebranded Sienna Senior Living can be proud of its foundation and reputation, which has been built upon through years of growth and diversification and providing quality care and service to seniors," said Lois Cormack, President and CEO of the Company.

The rebranding will align various sub-brands and promote the uniqueness of each care community and retirement residence. New home names were selected to reflect their connection to the local community, with input from residents, families and employees.

"We are pleased with our diversification and new brand direction that focuses on responding to the unique needs of seniors living in each community that we serve," said Dino Chiesa, Chair of the Company's Board of Directors.

The rebranding follows the Company's launch of a new vision, mission, values and creed in 2014, which may be found on the Company's website at www.leisureworld.ca.
