Libyan prime minister taken by gunmen in Tripoli, government says


TRIPOLI, Oct 10 (Reuters) - Libya's Prime Minister AliZeidan has been taken by force from a hotel in Tripoli by agroup of former rebels, the government said in a statement onThursday.

"The head of the government Ali Zeidan was taken at dawnthis morning by gunmen to an unknown place for unknown reasons,"the government said.
