NEW YORK (AP) -- Chinese online retailer LightInTheBox Holding Co. Ltd. said Monday that its chief financial officer, Richard Xue, is leaving the company on Feb. 17 due to personal reasons.
The Beijing company's board will conduct a search for a replacement immediately.
In the meantime, Jennifer Hu, the company's financial controller and vice president of finance, will perform all accounting and finance duties on an interim basis.
Company shares were down 93 cents, or 9.4 percent, at $8.93 in midday trading Monday. That's below the initial public offering price for American depositary shares of $9.50 in June.
