DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Apr 24, 2014) - Lincoln Property Company, currently ranked as the third largest apartment management firm in the US, recently announced the appointment of Christina Bolter as Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic Region, which consists over 8,000 units in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina.

Ms. Bolter has nearly 20 years of experience in managing all types of real estate, with extensive experience in new construction, lease-ups, acquisitions, renovations, repositions, receiverships and financially and physically stressed assets.

Before joining Lincoln, Christina worked most recently at Bonaventure Realty Group as their Director of Property Management for a portfolio of 5,000 units. She has also held positions at Greystar, Riverstone Residential, Kettler and Trammell Crow -- all in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
