ST. LOUIS, June 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Lisa Moehlenkamp has been appointed chief talent officer of FleishmanHillard. In her new position, Moehlenkamp will oversee the firm's human resources, employee training and development, and workplace quality programs across its global network of 80-plus offices in 30 countries.
Moehlenkamp had been leading the team responsible for talent management in the agency's U.S. East and Mid-Atlantic regions, as well as in Latin America and EMEA. She also was managing the firm's talent acquisition function. In her new capacity, she will report to FleishmanHillard President and CEO Dave Senay. She succeeds Agnes Gioconda, who after 20 years in the job, is stepping back to take on a part-time role as she begins to transition to retirement.

Moehlenkamp, who joined FleishmanHillard in 1998, has worked in human resources and talent management for 25 years. Prior to joining the agency, she worked in various human resource roles for AT&T. She holds a master's degree in human resources from Webster University in St. Louis and an undergraduate degree in management from Maryville University, also in St. Louis. Moehlenkamp is certified as an assessment facilitator by the Center for Creative Leadership.
