Mallinckrodt (MNK) presented 15 posters with data on its investigational drug, MNK-795, studied for the management of moderate to severe acute pain where the use of an opioid analgesic is appropriate, at PAINWeek, which runs from Sept. 4-7 in Las Vegas. The studies span the compound’s efficacy, safety, abuse-related characteristics, and release/delivery profile with immediate and extended-release components.
