ATLANTA (AP) -- Marcraft Apparel Group will soon make coats for several Kenneth Cole lines under new a licensing agreement, Oxford Industries Inc. said Tuesday.
Oxford, based in Atlanta, holds an exclusive license to sell certain Kenneth Cole products.
The company said it has struck a deal with men's tailored clothing company Marcraft to design and manufacture topcoats and rainwear for the Kenneth Cole New York, Kenneth Cole Reaction and Unlisted by Kenneth Cole lines. The products will be sold in the U.S.
The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Oxford owns brands such as Tommy Bahama and Lily Pulitzer, as well as exclusive license agreements to produce and products for brands such as Kenneth Cole, Dockers and more.
Shares of Oxford gained $1.46, or 2.6 percent, to $57.50 in aftermarket trading. The stock closed Tuesday's regular session down 4.7 percent, at $56.07. Shares have traded between $32.09 and $59.36 in the past 52 weeks.
