Prior to joining Market Leader, Bailey spent twelve years at RE/MAX World Headquarters. During his tenure with RE/MAX, Bailey led 17 of the company's 24 US regions, which included responsibility for the company's real estate franchises across 32 states. He also led the company's Global Growth and Recruiting Initiative with more than 3,500 participating offices.
