The New York-based company reported net income of $1.8 million, or 3 cents per share, compared with a loss of $1.2 million, or 2 cents per share, in the same quarter a year ago.
The media company said revenue declined 11 percent to $37.6 million from $42.2 million in the same quarter a year ago.
