MCPc Named Cisco Systems' Central Area Outstanding Solutions Partner

CLEVELAND, OH--(Marketwire -05/21/12)- MCPc, Inc., a Cleveland-based technology products and solutions provider and Cisco Gold Partner, has been recognized as Cisco Systems' Central Area Outstanding Solutions Partner at the 2011 Cisco Partner Summit.

Presented to top-performing partners for innovative best practices and leadership within Cisco's key business, all awards were selected by a group of Cisco Worldwide Channels and regional theater executives.

"Cisco is proud to partner with so many well-respected and industry-leading organizations, and it is an honor to recognize MCPc as a Cisco Partner Summit theater award winner," said Jim Sherriff, senior vice president, Americas Partner Organization at Cisco. "The Central Area Outstanding Solutions Partner award presented to MCPc recognizes its performance and expertise as a Cisco channel partner in the central U.S. in 2011."

MCPc is also a recurring recipient of Cisco's Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award -- the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program -- based on a 12-month rolling rating of outstanding customer satisfaction.

"Like Cisco, MCPc is committed to the success of our customers and the business impact of strategic IT solutions," said Mike Trebilcock, chairman and chief executive officer of MCPc. "We are honored by this recognition from Cisco of our team's continued drive and success in bringing the most innovative and impactful IT solutions to our customers."

MCPc attributes its recognition as Cisco's Outstanding Solutions Partner to its continued focus on helping customers build the infrastructure for more collaborative and mobile work environments, an approach that culminated in the introduction of its anyplace workspace™ initiative. The anyplace workspace enables employees to work any time, from anywhere, and on any device, and allows IT to retain control, management and security of data.

MCPc is a silver sponsor of the 2012 Cisco Live event being held in San Diego in June, and will showcase the anyplace workspace for the more than 15,000 anticipated attendees (booth No. 744).

At the end of August, MCPc and representatives from Cisco, NetApp, VMware, Eaton, HP and Apple will choose the winner of the anyplace workspace $100,000 Extreme Technology Transformation. The winning company will receive an IT overhaul featuring technologies from all six participating manufacturers.
