Shares of the struggling wireless services vendor, which agreed in early Oct. to merge with Deutsche Telekom (OTCPK:DTEGY) -owned T-Mobile USA, fell after it said it had a net loss of 93,237 subscribers in Q4. MetroPCS Communications (PCS) added 197,410 wireless users in Q4 a year ago. UBS said it was the 1st time PCS has lost subscribers on a net basis in Q4. It also marked the company's 3rd consecutive quarter of net subscriber losses. MetroPCS shares fell 1.8% to 9.56. Deutsche Telekom fell 0.5% to 11.47.
