MIAMI BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - September 06, 2013) - Miami Entrepreneur Grant Cardone, a self-made entrepreneur, real estate investor, expert sales trainer, television personality, international motivational speaker and New York Times best-selling author is taking a unique approach to finding exceptional talent for his companies. Cardone is creating a reality TV Show to find exceptional people willing to do "Whatever It Takes" for a dream job. Cardone, who literally came from nothing and personally did whatever it took to build multiple multi-million dollar businesses, is casting for all positions from receptionist, personal assistants, web developers, social media experts, public relations, sales people, sales managers, marketers, etc.

Cardone, who executive produced and starred in The Turnaround King which aired on the National Geographic Channel in 2011, believes this new project is a great opportunity for someone who is super competitive, outgoing, fearless -- a typical overachiever willing to do whatever it takes and prove themselves on national TV.
