Michael Lee Named Senior Vice President of Commercial Services for Willbros Oil & Gas Segment

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire -06/14/12)- Willbros Group, Inc. (WG) today announced that Michael Lee has been named Senior Vice President of Commercial Services in its Oil & Gas Segment. In this role, Mr. Lee will be responsible for the integration of services and development of strategic initiatives across the Professional Services Division. Mr. Lee will also be responsible for business development to support identifying and pursuing cross selling opportunities for all of the Company's professional services.

Michael Lee joins Willbros with more than thirty years of service to the energy sector. Mr. Lee attended the University of Northern Colorado earning a Business Degree in 1980 and starting his career as an Independent Petroleum Landman. In 1987, he joined WRC Corporation -- a national integrated consulting, engineering, land and regulatory service provider to the energy industry. During his tenure at WRC, Mr. Lee advanced to President/CEO and sole owner of the enterprise. In May of 2006, WRC was acquired by ENGlobal Corporation and during the period between mid 2006 and late 2011, Mr. Lee served as a member of ENGlobal's Executive Team in the operational capacities of Senior Vice President - Engineering; Executive Vice President - Field Solutions and President/COO - Field Solutions. He has been an active member of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA); the American Gas Association (AGA); the International Right-of-Way Association (IRWA); as well as other regional associations. Mr. Lee is a member and past Chairman of the IRWA'S International Pipeline Committee.
