Capital One Financial Corp. rose $.46 or .7 percent, to $62.27.
Discover Financial Services rose $.83 or 1.7 percent, to $49.02.
Mastercard rose $4.15 or .7 percent, to $587.49.
Visa Inc. rose $.26 or .1 percent, to $181.87.
