Capital One Financial Corp. fell $.48 or .8 percent, to $61.06.
Discover Financial Services fell $.24 or .5 percent, to $47.67.
Mastercard fell $3.32 or .6 percent, to $573.39.
Visa Inc. fell $1.53 or .8 percent, to $178.61.
