Capital One Financial Corp. rose $.92 or 1.6 percent, to $58.27.
Discover Financial Services rose $.71 or 1.6 percent, to $44.56.
Mastercard rose $3.48 or .6 percent, to $543.29.
Visa Inc. rose $10.91 or 6.6 percent, to $176.93.
