Kohl's Corp. fell $.34 or .6 percent, to $52.41.
Macy's Inc. rose $.60 or 1.2 percent, to $49.41.
Nordstrom rose $.43 or .7 percent, to $59.52.
J.C. Penney Co. rose $.06 or .3 percent, to $17.66.
Saks fell $.24 or 1.6 percent, to $14.44.
Sears Holdings Corp. fell $.07 or .1 percent, to $46.77.
TJX Companies rose $.51 or 1.0 percent, to $50.28.
