Aflac Inc. fell $.51 or .9 percent, to $54.55.
American International Group fell $.36 or .8 percent, to $44.17.
MBIA fell $.26 or 1.8 percent, to $14.54.
MGIC Investments Corp. fell $.05 or .8 percent, to $6.08.
MetLife fell $.73 or 1.7 percent, to $41.76.
XL Group PLC fell $.17 or .5 percent, to $31.45.
