BP PLC rose $.06 or .1 percent, to $43.32.
Chevron rose $.42 or .3 percent, to $121.64.
ConocoPhillips rose $.21 or .3 percent, to $62.15.
Exxon Mobil Corp. rose $.52 or .6 percent, to $92.03.
Marathon Oil Corp. rose $.87 or 2.5 percent, to $35.86.
