Hospira fell $.23 or .6 percent, to $36.36.
Johnson & Johnson fell $.15 or .2 percent, to $86.21.
Eli Lilly & Co. fell $.39 or .7 percent, to $51.97.
Merck rose $.35 or .7 percent, to $48.10.
Pfizer rose $.25 or .9 percent, to $29.65.
