Best Buy rose $.28 or 1.0 percent, to $27.69.
Home Depot Inc. rose $.80 or 1.0 percent, to $76.94.
Lowe's Cos. rose $.06 or .1 percent, to $41.43.
OfficeMax rose $.06 or .5 percent, to $11.30.
RadioShack rose $.15 or 4.4 percent, to $3.59.
Staples rose $.19 or 1.1 percent, to $16.62.
TJX Companies rose $.51 or 1.0 percent, to $50.28.
