Streamline event check-ins
The Event Check-in app eliminates in-person event challenges like manually signing in guests and collecting information from unregistered attendees, giving the marketing team more time to interact and welcome event-goers, as well as speeding up the registration process. For large events, marketers can use multiple tablets to check-in attendees with a simple click of a button. Alerts can be setup to automatically notify team members when a VIP guest is checked-in.
Capture and use attendance information in real-time
Typically, marketers must endure a time delay before an attendance list is imported for viewing and follow up. With the Event Check-in app, event attendance information is synced with the Marketo database in real-time, giving marketers the flexibility to trigger event-related campaigns both during and immediately following the event. The app also gives marketers real-time access to event attendance numbers and information, such as which companies are represented based on who has checked in.
Automate and enhance event communications
Marketers can set up event related campaigns in advance that are triggered by the Event Check-in app to automatically launch at the right moment, including sending welcome messages with event agendas to attendees immediately upon check-in, sending polls or questionnaires to engage attendees during the event, or sending follow-up emails when the event ends. Marketers can automatically trigger certain campaigns to be sent to only those that attend, and different versions of messages can be sent based on whether or not a registrant actually attends the event or not, ensuring that interactions are as relevant and personalized as possible.
