Susquehanna raised its price target on Monsanto ahead of Q4 results on Wednesday. The firm expects investors to focus on 2013 guidance and expects initial guidance to be below their estimates but said Monsanto has a record of providing highly achievable targets and ratcheting them higher during the quarter.
