NEW YORK, March 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Morgans Hotel Group Co. (MHGC) ("Morgans" or the "Company") announced today that it has scheduled its Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held at Hudson in New York City on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 10:00 AM Eastern time. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set as the close of business on Wednesday, April 2, 2014.
