NAC Receives Production Contract for Precision Surveillance System Drives

JACKSONVILLE, FL--(Marketwired - May 26, 2015) - NAC Global Technologies (OTCQB: NACG) announced today it has received a production contract to supply its Harmonic Gearing Technology (HGT) to a market-leading manufacturer of advanced surveillance and security systems. Having completed a 4-month testing and validation process, NAC's SHF series drives are adopted for precise motion control of the system's pan and tilt drives. Initial production quantity is two hundred units with anticipated new annual revenues of $150,000. The platform sales are expected to continue for at least several years with the potential for further customer adoption on additional platforms. NAC drives provide a critical control function requiring ultra-smooth motion and ruggedness. The mid and long range surveillance systems utilize radar, thermal and video imaging in applications such as Boarder Security, Critical National Infrastructure Protection, Law Enforcement, Maritime, Oil and Gas, and Transportation Surveillance to name a few.

Mr. Vincent Genovese, Chairman and CEO of NAC, said, "In today's global environment we see an increasing need for advanced, high performance security systems. NAC's drives not only are capable of providing the desired high performance, but we are also very competitive cost-wise with traditional drives such as planetary gearing. Our SHF series offers an added advantage by allowing the designers to pass wires and electronics through the center of our drives resolving a technical challenge of routing cables and controls amongst moving mechanical parts. We anticipate continued sales growth and adoption of NAC drives in the security industry and other industries requiring pan and tilt controls such as precise aiming, laser sighting, communications antennas, and solar panel aiming to name a few."
