National Bank Holdings Corporation (NBHC) announced today that the Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend to shareholders. The quarterly cash dividend of five cents ($0.05) per share of common stock will be payable on September 13, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 30, 2013.
