The Daily, News Corp.'s (NWSA) iPad-only newspaper launched Feb. '11, will shut down this month as part of a restructuring plan. In plans announced in June, the company's publishing assets, including the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post and HarperCollins, will retain the News Corp. name. The company's entertainment assets, including Fox Broadcasting, Fox News and the 20th Century Fox studio, will be called Fox Group. Shares fell 0.5% to 24.53.
