PENNEY SUED: Macy's Inc. has sued rival retailer J.C. Penney Co., in a bid to block Penney from selling products by Martha Stewart Living. Macy's claims it has an exclusive contract to sell certain types of products from Martha Stewart Living that makes a sales agreement struck last fall between Penney and Martha Stewart Living illegal.
