LISLE, Ill. (AP) -- NEW LEADER: Truck and engine maker Navistar on Thursday promoted its president and chief operating officer, Troy Clarke, to CEO. He replaces interim CEO Lewis Campbell.
STILL LOSING MONEY: The company also announced another quarterly loss and a 12 percent drop in revenue.
LOOKING AHEAD: Campbell predicted that Navistar will begin to pick up market share in the second half of the year as it launches new engine models.
