Resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors of North Valley Bank at the request of the California Department of Financial Institutions were previously terminated, effective March 1, 2012. "We are pleased that our regulators have acknowledged the significant improvement in the financial condition and operating results of the Company and the Bank over the last two years, including our return to profitability beginning with the quarter ended December 31, 2010.
