IRVINE, Calif. (AP) -- Mazda North American Operations said Monday that its U.S. sales in November rose 18 percent, with some models posting records for the month.
BY THE NUMBERS: Mazda sold 21,691 vehicles last month, its best November since 1994, up from 18,432 a year earlier. The Mazda2, Mazda3 hit records for November.
TOP SELLER: The Mazda3, with 9,841 sales, up from 6,873 a year earlier.
HOT MODELS: Sales of the subcompact Mazda2 more than tripled to 2,495 from 801. Mazda sold 4,213 of its new, small crossover vehicle, the CX-5.
