NV5 Names MaryJo O'Brien Chief Administrative Officer

HOLLYWOOD, FL--(Marketwired - Apr 3, 2015) - NV5 Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: NVEE), a provider of professional and technical engineering and consulting solutions, announced today that Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary, MaryJo O'Brien, has been named Chief Administrative Officer of the Company. As Chief Administrative Officer, Ms. O'Brien will continue to report directly to the CEO and oversee NV5's Human Resources and Information Technology departments. She will also continue to facilitate the implementation of decisions made by the Company's Board of Directors and assure the Company's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

MaryJo O'Brien has over 25 years of uninterrupted experience in human resources and administration with publicly traded companies in the engineering sector, including her tenure at U.S. Laboratories and Bureau Veritas North America. Ms. O'Brien has been involved in the acquisition and integration of more than 50 companies with the current NV5 management team. Ms. O'Brien received a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Business Economics from the University of California San Diego.
