ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) -- New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo says the state's new data transparency website now has information to help people find local farmers' markets, wineries, breweries, and distilleries.
In March, the governor launched open.ny.gov to provide user-friendly, one-stop access to data from New York State agencies, localities, and the federal government.
The website also has economic development, health, recreation, and public services information.
The dataset includes information on hours of operation and location of farmers markets and other farm-related ventures. It also has relevant contact information.
