BRT Realty Trust : Approximately 4,100 shares changed hands, a 84.7 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.01 or .1 percent to $7.03.

Brookfield Canada Office Properties : Approximately 200 shares changed hands, a 87.4 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.14 or .6 percent to $23.42.

Constellation Brands Inc. class B : Approximately shares changed hands, a 88.1 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares remained unchanged at $95.30.

Maui Land & Pineapple Co. : Approximately 1,800 shares changed hands, a 82.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares remained unchanged at $5.45.
