WASHINGTON, Sept 27 (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obamasaid on Friday any United Nations deal on Syria's chemicalweapons would be legally binding and enforceable.
The president said an agreement at the United Nations oncontrolling Syria's chemical weapons could be a victory for theinternational community. He added that there are concerns aboutwhether the Syrian government would follow through on itschemical weapons commitments.
The president made his comments after meeting with IndianPrime Minister Manmohan Singh at the White House.
