WeatherII Completes Compuslory Acquisition of La Mancha Shares

LUXEMBOURG, November 13,2012: Weather Investments II S.a r.l.
("WeatherII" or the"Company") and its indirect wholly-owned
subsidiary, 0944289 B.C. Ltd. (the "Offeror"), announced today that it
has acquired the remaining 1,436,204 common shares (the "La Mancha
Shares") of LaMancha Resources Inc. (TSX: LMA) ("LaMancha") not
already owned by Weather II or its affiliates, representing
approximately 1.01% of the outstanding La Mancha Shares on a
fully-diluted basis, pursuant to a previously announced compulsory
acquisition under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). As
a result of such acquisition, Weather II and its affiliates now
collectively own 142,725,850 La Mancha Shares, representing 100% of the
outstanding La Mancha Shares on a fully diluted basis.

The La Mancha Shares have been delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange
("TSX") at the close of business (Toronto time) on November 12, 2012
and from the Deutsche Borse AG ("DTB") at the close of business
(Frankfurt time) on November 12, 2012. The Offeror intends to cause La
Mancha to apply to the relevant securities commissions for it to cease
to be a reporting issuer in all applicable jurisdictions in Canada
following the delisting from the TSX and DTB.
