Matt Balogh has been promoted from vice president, director of technology, to senior vice president, director of technology. Mr. Balogh's new responsibilities include overseeing all of the interactive development and quality assurance teams. He will also continue to work closely with his assigned clients to deliver the best-in-class digital marketing strategies for their brands.
Kathie Marshall, an employee of Ogilvy CommonHealth Interactive Marketing for nearly six years, has advanced from vice president, associate director of project management, to senior vice president, director of project management. In this new role, she will contribute to new business development initiatives and supervise her team of project managers, ensuring clients' needs and deadlines are met in a successful and timely manner.
With the company for more than three years, Nelson Figueiredo has been elevated from associate interactive development manager to vice president, associate director of technology. Mr. Figueiredo's new position entails analyzing client business needs and forming innovative solutions and digital strategies for their brands. Additionally, he will manage all development projects for his designated accounts.
Max Divak has been promoted from associate interactive development manager to interactive development manager. His new responsibilities include mentoring the development team, brainstorming and estimating project scopes, and the successful deployment of assets for his assigned brands. Mr. Divak has been an employee of Ogilvy CommonHealth Interactive Marketing for nearly four years.
Carissa Keppel, part of the Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide organization for three years, has advanced from associate interactive designer to interactive art director. In her new role, Ms. Keppel will work directly with the group's creative directors to aid in the design and execution of various interactive projects from conception to completion.
Fred Petito comes to Ogilvy CommonHealth Interactive Marketing as senior vice president, managing director. In this role, Mr. Petito will be responsible for developing strategic digital marketing plans, managing client relations, and lending his digital expertise for client engagements to other Ogilvy CommonHealth groups. Prior to joining the network, Mr. Petito worked as group director of digital marketing at G2, a global marketing company, located in New York, NY.
Ryan Oleson joins the organization as vice president, management supervisor. Mr. Oleson will oversee all interactive client deliverables on his assigned accounts and act as the main liaison between the agency and its clients. Most recently he was employed as vice president, director of marketing at Digitas Health, a healthcare marketing agency, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA.
