Oil prices rose slightly Friday ahead of a weekend election that could determine whether Greece will leave the euro currency union.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange:
Benchmark crude rose 12 cents to finish at $84.03 per barrel.
Heating oil rose 1.87 cents to end at $2.6465 per gallon.
Gasoline gained 2.53 cents to finish at $2.7017 per gallon.
Natural gas fell 2.8 cents to end at $2.467 per 1,000 cubic feet.
On the ICE Futures exchange:
Brent crude gained 44 cents to finish at $97.61 per barrel.
